When and how can I cast my ballot?

Voting opens on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 am and closes on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 pm. Voting takes place conveniently online or by telephone.

Can seasonal cottage owners vote in North Kawartha?

Yes! Both permanent and seasonal property owners in North Kawartha Township are eligible to vote. Every eligible elector is mailed a Voter Information Card containing a unique PIN to cast their ballot.

What should I do if I did not receive my voter card?

If you have not received your Voter Information Card with your PIN, please contact the North Kawartha Township office as soon as possible at 705-656-5189 or by email at voterhelp@northkawartha.ca to get registered.
